昭和七年十月宜蘭水道通水紀念

宜蘭自來水道工程始於昭和6年(1931)，由技師伊澤設計，起工式在宜蘭郡員山庄大三鬮取入口舉行，並於次年年底竣工。水道淨水池位於新宜蘭神社(今員山忠烈祠)後方山頂。
