板有蛇形及人形浮彫，蛇形浮彫位於人形浮彫上，成盤繞成迴旋狀，頭置於蛇身上而位於中央。頭成三角狀，有陰刻之鼻眼，頭部前端微向上翹，蛇身有陰刻連貫菱形，中央隆脊恰為連貫菱形的對角線，人形浮刻是一裸身人像，雙手相接，置於小腹上。
